Well it is a new year and it is cool and wet here in California…but it sure could be worse!

As I sit here in front of the computer, getting ready to workout, I was thinking of how I could get the exercise that I want/need when it is raining. What I want and need is to hit the hills on the mountain bike…BUT we are in the middle of the largest rainfall in over a year, and it is not showing signs of subsiding. And I’m not into cols and wet while on the bike.

Now the elliptical is great, but not for every day. It is just not intense enough. So I got a rower, Concept 2. It is good, but tough to keep going…especially with a sore back from an injury a month ago. Running in thee rain? Hell no;-) Weights? Now that it is the “New Year” and we have made our resolutions, let’s have a bit of fun! Drive by your local meat market gym and see how crowded it is! Then go back next week and the week after…I think you know where this is going. Jump on the band wagon and then fall off…quickly.

Want real results and real health and fitness? Just stick to your program!

Fall off for a day…big deal! Go back in and workout the next day, maybe twice. And then just replace that missed day with what would have been an off day.

Same with the diet, but don’t blow it for a week or a month…blow a meal, and get back. Just because you blew a meal, life is not over! BUT it is bad to continue on the bad path is you blew a meal and then decide…AH, I blew it, so I’m going to keep blowing it since I already messed up. THOSE CALORIES ADD UP!!!

Doy our best to stay the path, and don’t kill yourself when you go south!

OK, here is the straight dope…My bro Josh has written a new fitness program that KICKS ASS! That is about as blunt as I can be!





So here is the deal…Josh is a member of a special team of mine, a team of some of the top personal trainers in the world. His personal fitness studio is in Southern California, and he works with A LOT of clients who all get TOP RESULTS.

So I read hie e-Book…WOW! I was blown away with the program itself…what a great idea!

BUT THEN…Then I got to the nutrition and diet! This is the stuff I preach! In fact it went into AWESOME DETAIL…What a great book! You HAVE TO GET IT!

He even took it farther…he put in great workout pictures…he developed a whole web site to go with the program…This IS THE REAL DEAL.

I recommend this program to all my clients…especially when you are in an off cycle from Boot Camp!
