Water in Your Diet
Always remember that water is a kek ingredient in your fitness program and your diet program. This cannot be understated!
When you burn fat you need to be well hydrated. Fat is stored energy, and it also stores crud…often from your environment. Water helps flush that crud out! The crud goes thru your kidneys and extra water helps clean the kidneys out. If you are on any kind of low carbohydrate diet, the kidneys really need the flushing from extra water.
Water also has ZERO calories and can help you to feel full! Water has also been shown to slightly increase your metabolism…heck, every bit helps, right???
When you exercise and diet to drop unwanted pounds of fat, you need to increase your water intake…as a minimum, to offset the loss of water due to perspiration, not to mention the other reasons listed above…and you BETTER be exercising! So drink your water!!!
