The ‘Kazugerator’ Salad Dressing & Workout

What’s a Kazugerator (Kuh-zoo-ger-ator)?

Who cares, I made it up…and remembered it…And the dressing ROCKS!

So I paired up a great butt blasting workout to go with it and am serving it up here.

Kazugerator Salad Dressing
1 Container non-fat sour cream
1/2 Cup each – light mayo and light miracle whip (don’t worry if you don’t like either, you will never know they are in it)
1 Package light blue cheese
1Tbsp Worchester Sauce
3 Chopped green onions
1 Chopped jalapeno (you call it, seeds or not)
1 Tbsp fresh cracked pepper
1 tsp kosher salt

Mix it all together and put it on your best salad (I like red leaf lettuce, fresh tomato and avocado).

OR dip chicken breast strips into it…that rocks too!

The Kazugerator Workout
10 Minutes warm-up (3 rounds – 30 seconds each):
-Jumping Jacks
-Kneeling push-ups
-Bicycles
-Squats
-Jumping Jacks

4 Minute light stretch
10 Minute Jog or power walk
The Workout:5 Rounds starting with 50 reps each set
Drop the reps by 10 in each set
1 minute break between each set.

Wide Squat – stick your butt out far and keep the pressure on your heels
Hip raises - on back, feet on ground, knees bent – drive hips into air, squeeze butt and hamstrings
Squat Jumps – use arms and swing them up as you jump as high as possible, absorb the jump and immediately squat into another jump.
Break – repeat

Cool down with a light jog or add some more strenuous cardio, depending on your fitness level.

Stretch.

BTW, this is a tough workout, so please be sensible, know your limits, and check with your doctor to be sure you are healthy enough to exercise (I hate that legal crud!). Be smart!
