Pre and Post Workout Drink Enhance Performance

Today I had an awesome workout and am using a new product, so I wanted to share it with you. Often my blog posts are for the women since I handle the personal training and fitness boot camp for so many of the ladies in the San Jose area, but this one will work great for the men too!

The recipe for the post workout drink:
1-2 Scoops Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Blue Berries
1 Tbsp. Fat & Sugar Free Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix
5 Ice Cubes
1.5 Cup Cold Water
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
2 Tbsp. Chopped Almonds
2 Pecan Halves

The Pre-Workout Drink Product:
SSIN Juice Concentrate

@JaneBern: Hey Jane,
The powder is a pre-workout enhancer that can be mixed in any way, I just prefer to mix it into a protein powder so I have something to help me get through my workout.
