Keeping Up With The Resolution
Now that it is the “New Year” and we have made our resolutions, let’s have a bit of fun! Drive by your local meat market gym and see how crowded it is! Then go back next week and the week after…I think you know where this is going. Jump on the band wagon and then fall off…quickly.
Want real results and real health and fitness? Just stick to your program!
Fall off for a day…big deal! Go back in and workout the next day, maybe twice. And then just replace that missed day with what would have been an off day.
Same with the diet, but don’t blow it for a week or a month…blow a meal, and get back. Just because you blew a meal, life is not over! BUT it is bad to continue on the bad path is you blew a meal and then decide…AH, I blew it, so I’m going to keep blowing it since I already messed up. THOSE CALORIES ADD UP!!!
Doy our best to stay the path, and don’t kill yourself when you go south!
Now go workout!

So true, and that’s the excuse I have used for myself in the past. I have indulged, only to continue the day eating bad, figuring that I would start fresh the next day. Wrong! The most important thing is to get back on track IMMEDIATELY, starting with the next meal.
