OK, here is the straight dope…My bro Josh has written a new fitness program that KICKS ASS! That is about as blunt as I can be!





So here is the deal…Josh is a member of a special team of mine, a team of some of the top personal trainers in the world. His personal fitness studio is in Southern California, and he works with A LOT of clients who all get TOP RESULTS.

A couple weeks ago Josh came to me and asked me to review his new program, the “100 Rep Workout.” Now I am always happy to help out a friend, even when I am SWAMPED launching my Ultimate Fitness Blueprint Program AND the America’s Boot Camp!

So I read hie e-Book…WOW! I was blown away with the program itself…what a great idea!

BUT THEN…Then I got to the nutrition and diet! This is the stuff I preach! In fact it went into AWESOME DETAIL…What a great book! You HAVE TO GET IT!

He even took it farther…he put in great workout pictures…he developed a whole web site to go with the program…This IS THE REAL DEAL.

I recommend this program to all my clients…especially when you are in an off cycle from Boot Camp!
