Assuming rotten things do not count, how many blue fruits can you count? Let see….ONE! Blueberries.
So let’s think about…HMMMM….Fruit….Blue…No Other Blue Fruits…Maybe They Are Special…Maybe They Have Special Components That Make Them Like No Other Foods…THEY ARE BLUE! THEY HAVE STUFF THAT NOTHING ELSE HAS!
Get the idea? I’m not going to go into boring detail about the vitamins and stuff in the berries, I think you got the picture already.
Blue Berries are good and good for you….now why am I writing this now? Because Costco has them in nice big packages and at nice prices!
What to do with them once you have them? Rinse them and dry them on paper towels. Sort out any bad looking berries. Seal them in a vacuum canister lined with a paper towel on the bottom and refrigerate. Sort through the berries every 4 days to remove any bad fruit, and they will stay fresh and great for a couple weeks, or until you get back to Costco for more! Oh yea, EAT THEM;-)
