Hello. I am Brett A. Riesenhuber, the Owner and Founder of Prime Physique Fitness Specialists since 1994. I completed my Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Performance at the San Jose State Nutrition University in 1994. My credentials also include Core Conditioning Specialist, Biomechanics Specialist, Functional Training Specialist, Golf Fitness Pro, and Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor My others educational extras are Loan Origination Certification from American School of Mortgage Banking and RETI - Real Estate Training Institute Graduate.Since opening Prime Physique Fitness Specialists’ Personal Fitness Center in 1997 I have developed fitness programs including the PrimeFit group circuit training program, California Golf Fitness, a specialized wakeboarding workout program, and custom training for mountain biking.
I have worked with more than 600 personal training clients since opening his Personal Fitness Center and continue to help my clientele to achieve exceptional results. I have authored numerous fitness articles including “The Wakeboard Workout” which has been published online through WakeWorld.com and WaterSkiMagazine.com, “Brett’s Fitness Recipe Report,” and “Golf Secrets Revealed.” I am also the co-author of the popular bi-monthly e-publication “Prime Physique Online Magazine”.
I am an avid home chef (and wine connoisseur), I have helped numerous clients design and implement not only a solid diet and nutrition plan, but a flavorful one!I am also specialized in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, income property, and commercial property in Northern California. I am committed to providing quality and excellence to my clients, and I keep current with the real estate transactions and local schools in the areas I serve. My knowledge and expertise have been great assets to both buyers and sellers.I believe that the process of selling a home is best orchestrated under the guidance of an experienced, skillful professional.
